About

The Women’s Prayer Group In Christ, with its three-fold purpose in charity and the intentions for the good of souls, was founded in 2021 by the inspirations of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. The Women’s Prayer Group In Christ is dedicated to the sanctification of its members and the Church, through prayer, study and works: corresponding to the love, knowledge and service of God. Our monthly meetings include: Holy Mass, Holy Hour, Praying of the Holy Rosary, Bible Discussion, Spiritual Works, and Prayer Intentions. We pray for all of our intentions: the good of our families, our priests, the Church, the sanctity of life upheld from conception to natural death, peace in the world and in our lives, just and righteous laws, the healing of the sick, the comfort of the suffering, final perseverance for the dying, the poor souls in purgatory, for the conversion of sinners everywhere, for the salvation of souls and prayer requests received.

We allow the living word of God to cultivate our lives. Our Bible study will be guided by The Bible in a Year with Father Mike Schmitz and the Fathers and Doctors of the Church: helping us to go deeper into scripture.

We entrust the Women’s Prayer Group In Christ to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary and commit it under their heavenly guidance, patronage and intercession.

In solidarity with the National Council of Catholic Women, towards the advancement of Gospel values, service and leadership: the Women’s Prayer Group In Christ is an affiliate.

“Let the word of Christ dwell in you abundantly, in all wisdom: teaching and admonishing one another in psalms, hymns, and spiritual canticles, singing in grace in your hearts to God.”
